At COPYNET Business Technology, we stand behind the quality and reliability of the products and services we offer. However, if you experience a fault in one of our products, have a problem with your delivery, or ordered a product by mistake, we are always here to help.

We recommend reading our Returns Policy carefully before placing an order to understand our policy on returns, refunds and exchanges. Examine the goods immediately after delivery to ensure they match the right order and there are no signs of fault or damage.

i) Faulty or Damaged Items

If you find a product damaged or faulty, or if it has occurred within the warranty period of the product, it can be returned to COPYNET for a replacement. Before applying for a return, check the warranty period mentioned under each product on the website. However, the following conditions apply for returning faulty and damaged goods:

  • Contact us to confirm the product is faulty or damaged because we might need to get confirmation from the manufacturer regarding the fault
  • The return request must be placed within 7 days of receiving the goods or within the warranty period if the product becomes faulty while in use
  • All items related to the product must also be returned
  • The total value of the products returned can either be credited to your COPYNET account to be used for future orders or refunded
  • If the product has been tampered with in any way, the return or credit will be rejected
  • The customer holds the responsibility to pay for the freight charges in the event of a return; the returnable products must be secured and sealed to ensure no damage occurs or get lost during transit

ii) Incorrect Items

If you have ordered incorrect products, COPYNET will be happy to receive them back with the following conditions:

  • Return the incorrect items in their original packaging. We will not accept returns of incorrect goods if they have been opened or if the packaging is defaced or damaged in any way. We recommend that before opening the packaging, check that the items are right for the purpose for which they were purchased. If you are in doubt, feel free to get in touch with us.
  • We will accept returns only within 7 days of delivery
  • When you return incorrect goods, make sure the entire packaging is placed in another package so that the original package is not damaged by courier handling, stickers, etc.
  • All incorrectly ordered goods that you return to COPYNET will include a 15% restocking fee
  • It is the client’s responsibility to pay for freight charges for goods returned

iii) Shipping Mistakes

If COPYNET has accidentally sent you the wrong products, we sincerely apologise. You can return the incorrect items anytime to COPYNET for a full refund of the total value. The freight charges, in the event of a shipping error, will be borne by us.

When it comes to returns, we are sympathetic of our clients and will give utmost attention to considering all requests on a case-to-case basis.
